Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns within 30 working days. Returns will only be accepted providing the item is sent back to us in the same condition that it was received in (Brand New). All items must be sent back with the original box, hang tags and tissue paper. The soles of the shoes must be unmarked and in a re-sellable condition. If these conditions are not met, a refund will NOT be given.

PLEASE NOTE - Original Shipping costs can NOT be refunded.

Once a returned item has been received, a refund will be issued within 24 hours. You will receive a notification that the refund has been issued via email once this has been completed. Exchanges are subject to availability of the item you require to exchange for. International Customers, please note – You will be charged original shipping costs again, to cover the costs of sending the exchanged item.
